Our providers are here to help adult and pediatric patients with neurologic and sleep issues including diagnoses and treatments for Tremors, Sleep Apnea, Multiple Sclerosis, Dementia, Epilepsy, Headaches, Neuromuscular disorders and other neurological disorders. We also perfrom neurologic testing including EMG and Nerve conduction studies, EEG, and sleep studies with and without C-PAP.

Dr. Karandev Rai and Dr. Baldev Rai, son and father Physicians, work both separately and together as a team with Dr. LeAnn Hoang and PA Sheila Bobis to help patients achieve wellness again. Dr. Karandev Rai is a Board Certified Neurologist and Epilepsy Specialist while Dr. Baldev Rai is a Board Certified Neurologist, Sleep Medicine Specialist, and Clinical Neurophysiologist. Karandev Rai, MD
Neurologist & Epilepsy Specialist
Dr. Karandev Rai obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biology at UCLA and subsequently completed his medical degree at St. Louis University School of Medicine. He went on to complete an internship at UC Irvine Medical Center and neurology residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center followed by fellowship training in epilepsy at the University of Southern California. He practices general neurology with an emphasis in treatment of epilepsy. He is Board Certified in Neurology. He has been in practice in the area since 2015.
Baldev Rai, MD

Dr. Baldev Rai completed his Neurology Residency training at St. Louis University School of Medicine and New York Medical College. He then completed a fellowship in Neuromuscular Diseases at USC Medical Center in Los Angeles.
He holds a faculty appointment as Clinical Professor in Neurology at UC Riverside school of Medicine and as Clinical Assistant Professor at UCLA, Department of Neurology.
He is Board Certified in Neurology, Sleep Medicine, and Clinical Neurophysiology.
He has been recognized as one of the "Top Doctors " in his specialty in the Inland Empire Magazine every year since 2011. He has been practicing in the area since 1986.
LeAnn K. Hoang, MD
Neurologist with Special Qualifications in Child Neurology
Dr. LeAnn Hoang earned her Bachelor of Science in Physiological Sciences at UCLA and obtained her MD at Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. Subsequently she completed a comprehensive five-year postdoctoral program that included general pediatrics and adult neurology, with sub-specialty training in pediatric neurology, at UC Irvine and CHOC Children's Hospital of Orange County. She practices general neurology with an emphasis in child neurology. She is Board Certified in Neurology with special qualifications in Child Neurology.
Pei Simon Liu, M.D., M.S

Dr. Pei Liu earned his bachelor of science at University of California Berkeley and Master of science as well as M.D. Degree at Drexel University College of Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He then went on to complete his Internship at UC Irvine. He completed his Neurology residency at LAC+USC KECK School of Medicine. Where he also served as Chief Resident, Neuroscience in his final year.
He finished his Fellowship training in Clinical Neurophysiology in the Division of Neuromuscular Medicine at USC.
He is Board Certified in Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology. He practices general Neurology with emphasis on clinical neurophysiology.
Sheila Anne P. Bobis, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Sheila Bobis, a Certified Physician Assistant, graduated from University of California, Riverside with her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. She then went to Western University of Health Science and obtained her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She practices general Neurology and has practiced in other fields of medicine such as Emergency Medicine, Urology, and Plastic surgery. She is skilled in performing Botox Injections for headache prophylaxis and performing Occipital Nerve Blocks and Trigger Point injections. Her dream has always been to treat patients like family with the old-fashioned values of integrity, respect, and compassion. She believes everyone has a story to tell, and she’s there to listen.
Shadi Milani-Nejad, D.O.

Dr. Shadi Milani-Nejad is a board- certified neurologist who specializes in the care and treatment of patients with neuromuscular disorders- including neuropathy, myasthenia gravis, ALS, and myositis. She is proficient in performing electrodiagnostic procedures and offers a range of treatment options including pharmacological therapies and lifestyle modifications.
Dr. Milani-Nejad completed her medical degree at Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and received her neurology training at University of California, Irvine. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology.
She has a passion for volunteering, teaching and clinical research. She has been involved in mission trips to Central America as well as volunteering locally. She has also received a number of research awards and grants in various fields.
For Dr. Milani-Nejad, neurology has been a long time calling. She enjoys taking the time to understand each patients needs and use her training and skills to enhance their quality of life, while cherishing the trust given to her by her patients.
She was born in Iran and immigrated to the United States at the age of twelve. She is fluent in Farsi. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and being out on the water.
